“Initiative Deutsche Manufakturen“ represented with three members at Maison&Objet in Paris

Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin (KPM), Rotter Glas und Welter Manufaktur für Wandunikate present the “Initiative Deutsche Manufakturen – Handmade-in-Germany“ at this year’s interior design fair Maison&Objet taking place from 23 to 27 January.

For exactly 20 years, the Parisian design fair marks a key date on the calendar of events of the international design scene. The three members of the IDM present their manufactured products to the international audience on all four days of this year’s jubilee 20th-annual fair. At the fair stand of KPM, Rotter Glas and Welter, lovers of design have the opportunity to experience the most recent designs and decors from the manufactories of the initiative first hand. Precious porcelain by KPM, next to the elegantly designed crystal glasses by Rotter and the internationally sought after wall designs by Welter Wandunikate speak volumes about the multi-faceted German manufactory-landscape.

Appreciation of traditional craft techniques, as well as imagination, a high standard of aesthetics and innovation are the factors of the long and successful manufacturing tradition.
