Exhibition Opening: Handmade-in-Germany at the Foreign Office in Berlin

The Initiative Deutsche Manufakturen has opened an exhibition of their handmade products at the Foreign Office in Berlin on Friday. Until September 16, various exhibits, including the "Pen of the Year 2015" of the Graf von Faber-Castell Collection, can be seen in the Red Foyer in the economics department.

"In times of digitization, globalization and the increasing acceleration of economic and social processes, German manufacturers impressively show, what's behind the seal 'Made in Germany,'” said the head of the Economic Department of the Foreign Office, Dieter Haller, in front of the 50 invited guests. "These products are known for exceptional quality, tradition and at the same time innovation," continued Haller.

Michael T. Schröder, Chairman of the  Initiative Deutsche Manufakturen added: "It is an honor for us to be able to exhibit the products of the manufacturers in the Foreign Office."
